If you have other options, don't stay here. We had to wait outside the office to check in after midnight. This place was extremely basic and shabby. The room smelled terrible, including linens and pillows. The toilet was extra small and it was hard to get on and off.

Phillip, it seems you may be more used to a Hilton/Marriott product. We are the Knights Inn we do not have the frills as the higher brands do and therefore we don't charge you as much as they do. But I'm glad we had the availability to house you for the night unlike your familiar brands. Next time please be prepared and book with a familiar brand and don't bash the little guy.
