Good budget option close to St Fiden station and a short bus ride into St Gallen centre. Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Great shower. Good WiFi.
Missing the amenities of other hotel chains but this reflects in the price

The only thing missing was a refrigerator in the room. Everything else was perfect and I am happy with my stay at B&B!

"This is not a hotel, it's a hospital. There are hospital chairs in the bathrooms. I was shocked when I went down for breakfast in the morning; we had breakfast together with the patients."

While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We have analysed the situation and can give you the following feedback:You checked in with us on 10.07 with a bicycle. In two other reviews under ‘Speedytraveller’ and ‘Katherine’ you write that you were not checked in, which is not true. The receptionist noticed that you wanted to go to the room with your bike, which is not allowed. The receptionist spoke to you about this and mentioned that we have a secure underground car park with free bicycle parking spaces. Unfortunately, there seems to have been a mistake, as you left the lobby and wanted to park your bike in the neighbouring company building. The receptionist followed you to explain the way. There seemed to have been several misunderstandings during this conversation due to the language barrier. We sincerely apologise for this as it was not our intention to be rude and leave you with an uncomfortable feeling. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, we can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.Kind Regards,Your B&B Team

Hotel was decent, rooms very basic.
Parking was the most expensive we encountered in Switzerland & other parts of Europe.
Check-in was ok but person who checked us in did not provide us with information regarding the tourist pass that provides local transport, this is part of the tourist tax you pay. Would have been nice if we were given accurate information when we checked in.
There is a supermarket within walking distance which was handy.
We only stayed for 1 night, not sure I would stay there for several nights.
