Nothing good to say. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. We get to our room and it is a queen bed, we reserved a king. Went back to the desk, he said that was the only room he had, when I said we reserved a king, he said they were all given away. We were there promptly at 3 pm checkin time. He told me we could get a full refund and go somewhere else, or take the queen. I asked for a discount, he offered $20 off. I asked for $75 total, he agreed. The room was awful, carpet fraying, sink stained and cracked, you could see right through the door jamb to the hallway, front entrance floor was missing pieces, a trip hazard, parking lot was full of garbage, cigarette smoke coming into the hallway along with pot smoke. People yelling and arguing at all hours, constantly going out the exit door which was right by us, people outside arguing, constantly beeping their car horns when locking them, the bed was so close to the wall, my husband had to get out on the opposite side. Worst place ever.

I like the customer service ,especially from the housekeeper! She was very nice ,informative and made us feel welcomed!

Front desk staff that I spoke with was wonderful. The hotel is in the type of condition that a well loved building would be in, everything seemed to be clean, but unfortunately my sheets had stains. Overall a good stay for a night if you're not picky.

Very dirty in room. Blood and dirt on the wall. Mold on bathroom walls.

Property is in major disrepair. Dirty. Desk staff was very nice.
