Room wasn't clean, lots of dust bunnies behind things. Also, bathroom had black mark in tub, and did not smell fresh. No breakfast. Had to take an elevator and then stairs to my room- not handicap accessible.

Bathtub should be replaced as it had a small hole in it and some rust around the drain. A couple of places inbetween the beds that the carpet was snagged. The bottom of the bathroom door needs repair or new door as it had significant damage.
Some touchup on some of the furniture . There was some staining that needed done and polyurethane repair needed. There were painting needed to be done (touchups)in hallway.Small maintenance issues but should be ongoing care taken.The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet and clean. A would stay here again. VERY convenient access to parking and convention center.
