There was no safe in the room even though it was advertised every room had one. When we asked front desk, they said they were going to ask the manager if there’s something they can do. We never heard back. Breakfast was ok but one day a rat was roaming around the buffet area.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
I didn’t like that ice was not on all floors. The signage for that was poor.

Staff and room were great! Unfortunately there was lots of construction around the property and we could hear a lot of that from our room.

The property was very nicely decorated all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was quite spacious and very quiet for sleeping.
I thought that they could provide one bottle of water for coffee for the morning not having to pay 7$s for the water in with the coffee pods.
Free coffee in the lobby would be nice

The door lock would not engage. When you turn the Jacuzzi tub on the waterline leaks.

Close to my family members house, bowling alley and gaming centre attached to the property. Close to the highway
