What a lovely hotel, the staff are so lovely, always greeted with a smile, they all set the standard when it comes to customer service. We come to Jersey every year and decided to try this hotel and weren't disappointed. Would have booked for next year but the price hike is too much unfortunately.

The team working on site were always smiley, helpful and appeared to get on really well with one another. All working efficiently and productively - it definitely adds to the experience!

Staff are excellent. Close to the beach. This is an excellent excellent hotel.

Employees very friendly, the location couldn’t be better for days at the beach.
The room I was in 320/319, very noise with footsteps overhead late at night causing disturb sleep. The room had a cooking smell could be from neighbouring buildings
