Le Barthélemy exceeded our expectations for attention to detail. From the staff to the property every little thing was well thought out and attended to. We received a warm welcome when we arrived and knew instantly this hotel would not disappoint. We will definitely return and stay longer!

Perfect staff perfect paradise

"Chez les Amis de St Barths" vibe
Posted 24 Jun 2024 on HotelsGreat "boutique" feeling, great location/ beach, nice decor with French touch...It;s not the most luxurious but Le Barthelemy offers a a good quality for the rates...( everything in St Barths is overpriced anyway).The team is young but efficient and attentive. The food at the restaurant is good-even for my French roots standards-, wait staff should be a little better trained for a 1 Michelin star ambition...Their smiles and warmth makes up for the few shortcomings as it would in a family vibe kind of way...Maybe beach and pool should have a special "family section" where kids can scream and run without disturbing the rest of the- mostly singles or couples- quiet clientele...and bike , RV's or scooter rentals should be offered (even at guest's own risk) instead of insane taxi fares with lazy drivers...Otherwise, we will give it another try in the future, thanks to Vasyliev and his team.

We were there at the low season so very quiet, and clientele were very polite and seasoned travelers. Has more of a spa with a hotel feel than a resort. Not an all inclusive "product" and the price reflects that.

This is not a 5 star hotel. It’s a 3 star at best. The pictures are not accurate. Do not think your room will be right on the beach because it want. The food and room service is terrible. I would not recommend anyone to stay here at 3k plus per night. Stay somewhere else. You will be glad you did. Ron

Overall met all of our needs w a special shout out to the service. A superb staff
The food could be a click better( still very good) w one exception- room service which was terrible across board. Then again the lesson is to not stay in room!
