Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property.

Wonderful apartment and great communication
Posted 30 Apr 2024 on HotelsA fabulous apartment for a family. Ground floor access and with a lovely view. I messaged Sally for check in information and she got back to me quickly. Warm, spacious and exactly like pictures. It was a comfy stay for us and I highly recommend this place.

Property provided plenty of space and was kept in immaculate condition. Great views from the balcony and excellent location. Sally was beyond helpful and provided excellent communication. 10/10

The stay did not start off well with no communication received on access, after numerous calls and voice mails left eventually got access codes to entrance but nothing for property, then had to call again this time got access code we repeatedly tried didn’t work, rang again to be told access code had been changed again, it took 90 minutes in total to gain access
To make matters worse the property above had a water leak which came through the bathroom ceiling

We would like to respond to this review as some of the facts are not quite correctly reported.The guests arrived very early prior to check in we sent information on the apartment but explained to Expedia we were waiting on our cleaning company to inform us the property was ready for the guests arrival all information was sent prior to check in time and certainly was not 90 minuet wait.There was an error in the code but was rectified straightaway.Upon departure day unfortunately the above apartment had an leak which effected our apartment but as soon as this was reported to us was immediately worked upon.We apologise to our guests and thanked them for reporting this to us.We pride ourselves in customer care which is paramount to us and only want our guest to have the best of holidays.Kind regardsPochin House Collections
