The hotel was surprisingly quite given the location. Much quieter than another chain hotel 2 minutes away. It was great to have EV chargers outside too.

The hotel was everything that you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express and more. Great size rooms, comfy beds and excellent service from all staff at the reception desk, as well as at breakfast the next morning. The choices at breakfast were more than sufficient with a great variety of options and they even made vegetarian sausages especially for us. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Really convenient location and good, dog friendly hotel. Only we were social pariahs when it came to breakfast, we weren't allowed in the dining, had to sit in the lobby area!

Unfortunately, we do have to have a separate area for dogs in the hotel as we do have guests with allergies. I hope this would not put you off staying with us in the future!

Room was clean, modern & spacious. The bed was comfortable & breakfast was good. Great location for seeing Cornwall. All staff very friendly & helpful.

Posted 6 May 2024 on HotelsWe had an excellent stay, Donna the receptionists who checked us in was so very polite and helpful, nothing was to much trouble, she helped to save us money on the entrance to Eden Project. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Very pleasant experience all round
