The hotel was clean and affordable. The only drawback was the road construction going on in front of the entrance to the hotel: it made it hard to figure out how to get to the hotel. I also couldn't check in until 3. I had arrived at 2:30 but couldn't check in right away. That wasn't a big deterrent, just would've helped to know that beforehand.

It's ok abit dirty dogs barking its a place where people live extended stay they should part the people in one side the ones that live in there considering there homes ...and the ones passing by she be in the erea where is no live in people. they should have consideration for the ones that go in to stay and want to rest with out the noises.

We have stayed at the redroof plus in st Augustine multiple times but this last time was awful. The floors were filthy and hadn't been mopped in ages, there were cockroaches everywhere inside, ants in the room, there was something on the blanket that only my dog could smell and he was going nuts trying to lick it......gross. they have gone downhill so much that we will never stay here again and we have stayed there at least 10 times prior. They no longer serve breakfast either.

Great location near to restaurants and a outlet mall, the room was very clean and it had comfortable beds.

The room itself was nice. I was satisfied with the staff and everything the hotel offered. Unfortunately, on the first night, I had neighbors in the adjacent room who were noisy and played a radio until the early hours of the next morning. On the second night, I was awakened by a motorcycle with loud exhaust pipes that made 3 runs in front of my room at about 5 am in the morning. I wore earplugs to bed on both nights so it helped a little, but it was not very quiet.

The property is an older hotel. They do their best to update it and keep it clean, but it is still older. It’s great for the rate, but I would not really recommend for a family.
Staff was exceptionally nice, and helpful.
