Second time staying at this property and always pleased with the service & cleanliness. The king size handicap room is extremely spacious and had more than enough room to get around in and all the convenience amenities needed for my stay! Breakfast bar is a little pricy for the items on it, and pool is decent but would stay again for sure!

The only nice thing I can say about this hotel is the gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Matthew. He was very accommodating and pleasant, even though he had deal with rude customers before us.
Also the sheets seemed to be pretty clean.
Other than that this Hilton Garden was not up to the Hilton name. There was a big hole in the wall, that had dried dirty water marks running down the wall. The carpet was soaked in about a quarter of the room, not to mention what looked like dog poop stain close to the entrance. The shower wouldn’t drain and was not clean, so we didn’t even bother to shower. The pool was also pretty gross. Luckily we were only there for one night, otherwise I would’ve moved hotels.

Overall I had a nice stay. However, room and linen smelled of mildew. Visible mold coming from the area vents in the hall way. Felt the hotel needed to be cleaned better and/or remodeled. The staff on the other hand were all very kind and helpful!
