Resort was okay, I would not book this room

Pros: Not much I'm afraid
Cons: This unit needs serious updating. The cleaning needs to be done by a maid not previous tenants. The owner needs to spend a little money and update.
Location: The beach is quite a walk thru thick sand but very pretty. The fort in St. Augustine is really great. The kids loved exploring it at night.
The owner of this unit was cheap. The couch was torn with a bleach stain on the seat. When you sat down your butt would sink in and hit the floor. There was only one other chair in the room. The blinds are missing slats so the morning sun is quite the wake me up. The plates and eating utensils are all mismatched and look garage sale. They were also dirty. Its left up to the previous renters to clean them. Some of the towels were all frayed and had seem better days. They again looked used from garage sales. The year round tenants are extremely rude to the short term renters. We were accused of sneaking in and they suggested they could have us kicked out. We were not being noisy or doing anything to incur they're suspicion. It was also noisy. A small child or a large dog was running across the ceiling til well after midnight. The adults were up early the next morning. We had no sleep. Considered leaving early.

Pros: Die Aufteilung der Räume.
Cons: Der Lärmschutz innerhalb des Hauses.
Location: Der Strand ist vor der Tür.
St. Augustine ist gut erreichbar.
Sehr gut geschnittene und eingerichtete Wohnung direkt am Strand. .
Allerdings ist der Geräuschschutz vor dem Lärm von Mitbewohnern schlecht.
