The room was very small and not worth $536.00 They charged $20.00 for parking (limit 1 car) Came to a total of $56.00 with deposit. My guest i was visiting had to park a mile away due to one car limit. I was totaly disappointed with this purchase.

Thank you for letting us know about your experience. The Nights of Lights does bring high demand to the area. All hotels pricing increases during this period to cover additional cost and labor on the hotel. Parking is noted on our listing and is a common item in this market. Even other hotels that are further out from downtown charge parking. This is becoming a more common item for hotels to charge.We hope you enjoyed your stay otherwise and that we will see again another time.

It was close to downtown historic center, or far to walk. Need to have more than one person to help customers at check in or check out.

Was a very nice Hotel and all was good. But, It is described as Historic District, which maybe it is, but you are a pretty good walk to the main district, We had to pay to park in the lot which was maybe okay but had to take our vehicle down closer and park in the garGE AND PAY ANOTHER $20 to avoid walking all the way back to hotel on dark sometimes unlit streets
