This motel is older, but well maintained for it's age and number of times it has needed repairs from Florida weather in that area. Staff is very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating!

Less than 1 mile. The only thing was not enough towels for 3 guest and found a tiny bug thats why don't gave 5 star review.

Desk manager was very knowledgeable & helpful with local attractions & directions, housekeeping staff were very friendly. Room was ok. But the floor hadn’t been washed or vacuum in days, beds were not made daily (we weren’t given an options either)!

My wife and I took a weekend trip to St. Augustine for our anniversary, and we stayed at Budget Inn. It is a well-kept motor court-style property convenient to downtown St. Augustine and plentiful dining and shopping. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood just across SR A1A/the Bridge of Lions, downtown is a five-minute walk without the inconvenience of having to find parking and navigate the narrow streets of the Ancient City.
