All the towels had significant stains some of the smaller black hand towels had red hairs on it as well as on the bed. I dont think the room was cleened prior to our stay in all honesty. Went downstairs for breakfast and the options were not anything close to the images shown on Google reviews. It was more simple items like bread, yogurt, boiled eggs, muffins and sasuage patties. And a few plates to pick from had dried eggs on it thankfully there we found clean ones at the bottom. The keys were left in a envelope that anyone had access to in a mailbox with my name on it. As a women who travels a lot this a huge saftey concern. Anyone can take the keys and make a copy of it and break in later. I came during regular hours as displayed for the BB and was greeted through a ring camera which i thought was super strange and again unsafe. All in all dont stay at this place.

We called ahead to the property per their requests on checkin instructions. When we arrived no one was there. We arrived during a time when we were told there would be someone to receive us and nothing. I looked at the late check in location indicated for after hour check ins just in case. I called the number on our confirmation, the two numbers listed on the door, one which was out of service, and rang the ring door bell without any assistance. I even texted one of the numbers left at the door and again nothing. This went on at the location for about 20 minutes while my husband had to drive around looking for a spot to wait for some sort of reply. We ended up abandoning the location and booked at a downtown hotel instead. I had to reach out to Expedia who is in the process of getting me a refund after they also tried to phone the location without any success. As of yet, I have yet to hear from anyone at that location or apologize for all of the inconvenience. Will definitely never try to stay there again.

What a gem … lovely room with TV, internet and private bath. The inn is a block off St George’s street so very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was scrumptious.

The Inn is perfectly located in the heart of the historic district, everything is within walking distance. The Ownership & staff are wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Breakfast on the weekend was OUT OF THIS WORLD! I know that we will not stay anywhere else on our visits to Saint Augustine, this is a excellent choice for a Bed & Breakfast style accommodation, and way more intimate and charming than the big hotels!

great little B&B Rooms are small but its a historic building - not a new hotel. comfy bed - nice bathroom great little breakfast buffet parking was close by - a parking pass for you vehicle needs to be collected. There isn't 24/7 on site employee due to shortage of hospitality staff - but always contactable by phone. A lovely Chinese (Sofia ??? ) lady greeted me at the hotel and had a chat with me. hotel is in a great spot in the heart of the heritage part of town - shops / cafes and a few bars close by - also close to the tour "bus" stops. But its still quiet and no noise disturbance on a night ! would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely precious!
Perfect location and absolutely gorgeous accommodations! From the initial welcome til the check out, the staff was incredibly friendly! Beautifully decorated room and I loved the fact the my door was private entrance!!! We will definitely be back!
