Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
- Room had to be changed 3 times.
- Bed linens were stained.
- Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when asked to change rooms - said there were no housekeeping on duty.
- Bathroom towels were all mismatched in color as well as heavily stained.
- Vanity drawers contained a spider and cobwebs.
- Room did not even have a complimentary coffeemaker or anything to make a cup of tea in the morning.
- Fridge in the room was filthy.
- Curtains in room was not opaque and allowed light through.
- Bed moved throughout the night whilst asleep (wheels could not lock).
- Bathtub was too high for my and edges were sharp.
- No vending machines available on premises.
- Available on premises was undercooked.
- Tables in dining room/area were all dusty and filthy.
- Wifi did not work throughout my stay.
- TV remote did not contain batteries. I had to ask front desk clerk for batteries and she was already annoyed.
- Lastly, the overall appearance of this establishment looked liked a seedy motel where you would go to have a one-night stand!
