The property is huge and maybe we were a little unprepared for that but it was a very pleasant experience and I am glad we gave it a crack versus the big names. The host Ms. Powell took excellent care of us and was there from the moment we booked to guide and advise us. Thanks for an amazing stay are your villa.

Everything went well. The managers reached out in advance. They set up the airport transfer for us. All the amenities were in good order and the Country Store made it easy to grab breakfast items. The manager was especially helpful. Ocho Rios is a nice city. This is worth a longer stay.

They wee very un reliable, booked through Expedia, when we got there, they were two families who were there like us,didn't have anywhere to stay they were greedy to booked and take our money, but no place for us to stay I will not recommend you go thee when you go to Jamaica

The property manager was impossible to reach on site, was rude and cancelled my confirmed reservation and left me stranded outside of the resort without any place to go in Jamaica (know to be unsafe). Paid for confirmed reservation and was denied access to the resort with no relocation alternative in an unsafe place. No one should experience this. This resort should not be affiliated with a well know establishment like cheaptickets.com. The property manager rudly cursed the cheaptickets representative when they tried to relocate me and denied me access anyway, the property manager rebooked my room to someone else and left me stranded.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your honest review and apologize for any inconvenience suffered during Cheap Tickets attempts to relocate you to our property. While we encourage guests to leave honest reviews we also emphasize they should be accurate. Your original reservation was booked and confirmed for a property that could not accommodate you. You were relocated to this property by Cheap Tickets at 3 am. It is our goal to accommodate all reservations, but a property without a front desk cannot accommodate a 3 am last-minute reservation without waiting for night staff to be dispatched which takes 30 minutes /-. When this was communicated to Cheap Tickets they nullified the reservation and relocated you to yet again a third property which caused our night manager to have to make a useless 3 am trip to the property for a reservation that was canceled as quickly as it was booked. At 4 am the relocation contacted us again trying to rebook our villa because the third property they tried to relocate you to did not work out. We politely explained we will accept the reservation for a normal daytime check-in as the night manager just returned home. I understand you were unhappy but this was not of our doing and we have no desire to leave any guest without options.

Check in process was horrible. We had booked this property through Orbitz. When we reached there, we were turned away by the guard stating that they had NO RECORD of this reservation. I could not speak with any manager. No one was available to sort this out. As required, i had communicated with the property > 72 hours in advance. Just imaging being stranded on the road in the dark with your family a few days before new years and no place to check in….HORRIBLE Experience. I had to book another hotel for my stay. NOT RECOMMENDED. I was also told that there was another family already at the premises.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Mr Sundeep and I had a long chat and we invited him back to the property for a weekend at our expense. When arriving at a private vacation villa at 2 am, there needs to be advanced communication. The guard at the gate works for the complex association and not any independent villa owner. The expectation that a guard will be able to offer front desk service to a 2 am arriving guest is an error. We advertise no front desk at the property on out listing.This is why we called, emailed, and WhatsApp all guests leading up to arrival. This guest admittedly was in another country and cut off from communication. The guards called us and we dispatched staff who missed the guest as he did not want to wait for the staff to arrive. We once again apologize for the inconvenience.

Amazing stay! Lovely Villa! Great location!
Posted 15 Aug 2022 on Hotels10/10! Sensational experience! My family absolutely loved our stay here! The villa was beautiful and clean both inside and out! The views were mind blowing! All rooms have aircon!
Firstly! Make sure you follow all the instructions!!! You must give 72 hours notice to management for check in. If you fail to so you will be in big problems. They dont have a front desk and you can't just show up! Management have to arrange to let you in!!!! Also you can whats app for quick communication.
Secondly the Premesis Manager Mr Williams and his lovely wife made our stay so hassle free and comfortable. From the moment I met him he was just lovely, welcoming and so friendly!! He was always there to assist and advise us! I dont know what I would have done without him!!! Honestly having him on the phone to talk to was a game changer for me. He literally advised me on evreything I needed from cab drivers, car rentals and fair prices! Alot of my worries were removed with him around thank god!! He even gave me a lift to the local shops!
The compound is huge - walking around is very difficult, you will need to drive or call cabs. Here are some local cab drivers that took care of us Bryan +18768980920 Andy +18765727263 highly recommend them both! You must let the premises manager know your cab is coming or security will not let them in.
Communal Swimming pool and gym is 5-10 min walk away. Very safe and secure compound. Security at the gates are very strict!!!! The country store is expensive!

The pool seemed newly refinished and is looking new. Everything look new. We stayed here 3 years ago and it is even better. Thanks you Lorraine for taking care of me and my family.
