Very nice property. I could see the distance for one of the bedroom. Very setup and good management who delivered a good experience. The manage was so cool she took out kids to the store when we arrived.

It was comfy and the environment gave a true Jamaican feel. My room (the master bedroom) was int he back and remain cool even when I turned the AC off. The staff was welcoming at arrival and punctual at departure the following day. Truly a paradise. 😉

Very good stay in Coolshade. Lorraine the manager was very attentive to our needs and helped to organize transportation and a helper to make our beds and meals for us.

When my family and I were trying to decide where to stay In Ocho Rios It was hard to find a private villa that had a nice pool for the kids. My Wife found Ocho Rios Villa at Coolshade XI , and boy am I glad she did. The Kids got the pool that they wanted and my wife and I were able to relax In a beautiful villa. The location is in a private gated community which gave me a great peace of mind. Here I didn't have to deal with the overcrowding Of the pool like other places. My family an I really enjoyed our stay at Ocho Rios Villa at Coolshade XI. I think we officially found our new vacation home. This place comes Highly recommended.

NO HIDDEN CHARGES!! We almost did not book this one because the review below said hidden charges. When you went to book we saw the total and it allowed us to partially pay and pay the balance on arrival. Right there and then we knew the property was not adding on charges it is just that perhaps if you do not pay attention you will not see that you aren't paying all upfront.
The location was very good. The villa community was very quiet and peaceful. It remind me of a place I stayed in Orlando, Florida when we did the Disney World trip. The manager Lorraine was very thoughtful and very helpful. Good decent folks and fantastic accommodations. I recommend this one as a good place to stay in Ocho Rios.

Nice house in a great and secure area
Posted 4 Mar 2018This place in in close driving proximity to the tourist attractions in Ocho Rios. It looks just as shown in the photos. We took both morning and evening walks around the area and felt very safe. The pool and staff were amazing. The only issues I had was with the bed lining and towels. Better quality would have given this an "excellent" review. Also, the obvious areas were clean however the corners and hidden areas needed some attention. Overall we were all pleased with the place and would definitely go back and also recommend to friends and family.

Massive Hidden charges
Posted 14 Feb 2018Expedia did not inform us upon booking about hidden massive charges that you will have to pay in USD cash when you go to pick up the keys.
They do not tell you because if they do tell you, you would find that the place would not worth the booking very over price:
Be very careful because it is a non refundable booking and you will not get your money back
There are much cheaper hotel that are much less pricier
This place is not worth the price
This place is not located in Ocho Rios

Denrick, Expedia is a get reputable company. We have been doing business with Expedia for years and have never had an incident of them hiding charges from guest. We do find that all charges are fully (100%) disclosed at the time of booking. Some guest pay it all upfront and some arrive with a balance. If the charges were hidden they would not be so pronounced on your itinerary and I remember personally asking you to show us the itinerary and the details were very clear. You got a three bedroom villa that sleeps 6 people for under $180USD a night in a tourism capital, a villa you did not complain about. I think this is a case of a guest who did not pay attention to the cost while booking, did not read his itinerary, and was upset at the cost.
