Loved Pam, our host!! The proximity to town was wonderful, the room we stayed in was her smallest, but it was plenty of space for the two of us and really felt like home. Can’t wait to go back!!

Our host Pam was excellent. Our room was very small with nowhere to sit and the bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was great and we liked Nancy and Lulu (the dogs).

Absolutely Brilliant B & B
Posted 23 Jul 2024 on HotelsI went with my Son as we were going to a wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The owner Pam was very friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was large, spacious, clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and filling . Once again Pam couldn't do enough to help make the experience a real positive one . Couldn't recommend this B & B enough. Thank you.

The location was fantastic with great views of the ocean and it was a quick walk into town. Pam was a great host and very helpful and her breakfast menu was varied and tasty with lots of options. The house aand room were very well maintained and you could sit in the front yard (which was also lovely) and have a cuppa and enjoy the views.
The only slight negative was the size of the room..a little small for our luggage but we managed. Apart from that I would highly recommend it for a stay at St Andrews.

I'd agree the Green room is a little small for a lot of luggage, I think the views more than compensate I did also offer you a bigger room but you were happy where you where, look forward to seeing you again, safe traveling.

The location was great. We could walk into the city center along the beach.

The only thing I didn't like was that it was too far for me to walk into st Andrews, and parking was difficult, so I had to use taxis . This isn't the fault of the B&B , but the Expedia staff member who recommended the place & said it was central , which it isnt. I had specifically asked for a central B&B where I could walk everywhere.

I'm not quite sure why I am being marked down because of Expedias fault.
Google maps, my website all clearly show exactly the location of the B&B, it is 1 mile from South Street an easy 10 minuet walk along the beach and harbour, , obviously I know who this guest is and she had difficulties in walking so for her it would have been hard, but as I said it is clear on the website the location.
It is lovely and quiet here being on the edge of town with fantastic sea views which you cannot have in the town centre.

Views fab...sunrise especially.
No complaints.
Would highly recommend.

Perfect Scottish Hospitality
Posted 5 Aug 2019 on HotelsPam was an exceptional host and we found our stay perfect in every way. The breakfast of local smoked haddock and poached eggs was a real treat and exceptionally cooked. The room was smart, clean and welcoming. The view over the beach was the cherry on top.
