Did not like being charged £25 for having a dog stay in our room. Rather excessive when no facilities offered specifically for the dog.

Venue was where my training was held so convenient. Was a pleasant stay though some areas seemed a little dated.

Staff were very helpful (I was there convalescing after an operation). Staff shortages meant that a room meal was late/forgotten, and my room was not cleaned at all one day.

Sad part is that we chose this hotel to watch the football, when we was ready to have food at the bar and watch football we were told that it doesn’t work. So we had to leave the hotel in the rain to find a pub to watch the game. Hotel staff didn’t help or assist with recommendations. The breakfast in the morning, very mediocre, the area was very dated, didn’t look very pleasant. I wouldn’t stay here again, overall the hotel was a 2/5, very dusty and unclean.

Its just one of those Hotels that used to be nice but hasn't seemingly been renovated at all and is now slowly falling apart.
What I did like is the change of towels every day.
