Good things: Staff were honest and well behaved. Whenever we needed anything,they would come and attend. Things not satisfactory: Bed height in our room was too low,approx 1.5 feet high, difficult to use especially if you have any elderly person with you. There is no lift . The complementary breakfast and food available is extremely limited,don't go by the extensive printed menu available in the room. The hotel would not provide any water,tea/coffee sachets unless it was asked for every day. Hotel did not change sheets regularly even when requested.The sheets on the pillow and bed were not properly cleaned and seemed used. There was no foot mat infront of the toilet/bathroom.When we asked for one repeatedly ,we received a super dirty/muddy foot mat which made the room even more dirty. No slippers are provided....good that we carried our own. It's better to compare the taxi rates outside the hotel, before booking from the hotel....you will probably get a better deal. Not close from Dal Lake and main market area.Its better to take an auto or agee to walk substantially. Outside food is not allowed despite its limited menu ....Food served in the room by the hotel was never brought covered.... Its a very basic hotel as compared to the price we paid for it .

most terrible experience I ever have

Pros: nothing
Location: far from everything
This hotel is not for international traveller, Room cleanness is terrible. You have to wait for at least one hour for hot water. I still did not get hot water. Far from everything. Wifi only works down stair. Staff is ok but that is not enough for good stay. If you do not want to ruin your holidays than stay away from this hotel.
