Bathrooms need to be properly cleaned. White plastic plates and cups provided in Breakfast were not clean and were dirty. Kitchen hygiene was not good. Staff were supportive though and turnaround time was quick for other areas. Hotel was reachable by cabs and autos were only few steps away which was good.

Power outage/ heating issues
Posted 24 Nov 2017 on HotelsNo heating and rarely hot water. Constantly power outage. While power outage hotel wouldn’t turn on the generator. I had to request and wait 15 minuets before generator would be on. Staff was pleasant to talk to.

we thank you for posting feedback on expedia & demote our property , but by keeping in a view we have talked before you going through these problems in hotel & that was the first day of yours , i was not expecting this has been posted by you even i have given you the best of services from my hotel & staff to make you happy as much as i can, & hopefully there was no issue till the departure day of yours.
please remind on the first day of arrival i have given you options regarding property change, so that you will not feel uncomfortable on very first of arrival,
