Sad to see this once great hotel going downhill from lack of care. Breakfast was a few biscuits and thin gravy. No eggs, bacon, sausage, juice or anything else they used to have. Coffee tasted like it had been cooked for a week.

getting off the elevator on the 4th floor the hallway was nasty - why was there a vacuum just placed in the hallway and then left there for at least 3 hours. The property is tired and needs love. the staff at the check in was not helpful and very slow.

Air continuously did not work. Had to be switched to 3 different rooms.
