Small room, but very clean and packed with amenities. Only glitch was that the a/c - heating unit wouldn't shut off. Had to pull the plug. Friendly, helpful staff and great morning coffee in the lobby. Ample, free parking for our large RV. Would stay again when in the area.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and worked well. Everything was old and needed fresh paint, etc. considering the others guests, it was not comfortable to leave the room at night.

Our (non-smoking) room reeked of marijuana. The parking lot is more pothole than not. Sheets (not the blankets) seemed to be freshly washed, but everything else was pretty grimy. My husband spilled some water on the vinyl floor, and the towel I cleaned it up with turned almost black. I went through a lot of Lysol spray and wipes to make it habitable for our one-night stay. The toilet almost never flushed, but the water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. There were always a lot of people - many of whom didn't appear to be staying there - milling around outside, but it was surprisingly quiet after dark. I don't think I'd go back, but for the price, I've stayed at worse.

I was amazed on how clean the room was... We were in room 104 non smoking room... No smoke smell which was excellent the bed was rather comfortable no noise... No issues Whatsoever.. If I'm ever in Springfield again this will be my choice to stay.

It was a convenient place to spend the night. When we pointed out that there was no hot water for the shower, the person in the office immediately gave us a key to a different motel room that did have hot water. Then he came over to check it out himself.
