The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We had massages and Jessica made our experience wonderful.

There were a couple different times. The front desk wasn't manned, And I had to wait for service, Also, the hot water in the shower was fairly lukewarm... But overall the renovations they've done on the property are great. The fire and ice restaurant had great food, The convention area was clean and easy to access, The pools appeared well kept, parking was easy. Traveled with my pet and they had to adjust my reservation from what I had selected in Expedia to a different room because of the pet. However, it was not particularly upset by that change, The room that we got moved to had a first floor walkout patio that made taking my dog potty. Very easy. They had a couple of nicely maintained grass areas where I was able to play with my dog. And maybe nicest of all. There wasn't a whole lot of old dog poop. In fact I don't think I saw a single pile. Either they have great customers that do a very good job cleaning up after their pets, Or it's just one more way that they are keeping on top of their property. 10 out of 10 would stay again.
