The water for showers wasnt that hot. Ask three times for clean towels and was locked out of room for 20 mins had to sit in the hallway.While maintenence fix the problem and no dry towels in the pool area. Very unkept like no one cleans the area on a regular basis.

Parking is bad & you have to pay for it. All close spots are either handicapped (which I understand), for Diamond members or for carpool (which I don’t understand). Very scary coming back late & its dark out& you have to park far from the entrance. At least dont charge for parking.
