Very convenient on I44. Clean and basic room. No need for a $100 deposit since they have my CC. Pleasant staff.

I booked with this property due to the location close to I44 and the free pet policy. Per the policies listed they welcomed pets for free (accepting dogs only). I “checked in” via the text link and advised them I had 2 dogs. When I arrived at the property I was told they did not have any of the free pet rooms but that if I paid a pet deposit (x2) a room was available for me. I feel strongly if a room was not available I should have been contacted when I “checked in” 2 hours prior. And if a room is available for additional fees why would they not honor the original reservation? Steven authorized our refund (Thank you Steven) and we went across the street to the Red Roof Inn where they were more transparent about their pet policy. As a note I understand pet deposits and do not have an issue paying them when it is transparent…it is when they lie and say pets stay free that I have an issue. And it was a deciding factor in booking the location in the first place…. I can not rate cleanliness or condition of the property as I did not complete my stay.

The room wad nice, small but clean, but nothing worked. The refrigerator didn't work, microwave didn't work, alarm clock and coffee maker. The bedside lamps and outlets didn’t

Staff were very friendly. There was just some weird crusty stuff on the wall and behind the picture on the wall. We were only there to sleep for the most part after a big halloween party so not a huge deal.

The guy at the front desk was beyond rude. The room wasn't really clean. Pubic hairs on the toilet seat. The entire outlet came out of the wall while trying to plug in my charger.

The room needed updating, but the room was very clean. I have stayed in 4 star hotels that were not clean. The sheets and towels were practically new. The staff were super attentive, friendly and very helpful. When we explained our mobility issues, they readily accommodated us with a handicap room, which was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend this hotel.
