The most beautiful view ever from a hotel room. And an ideal location for visiting Zion. We also enjoyed sitting on the second floor balcony in the evenings with a glass of wine. Pricey, but on a par with other properties in the area. Very good breakfast options- though the use of plastic, plastic-wrapped utensils feels wrong for so many reasons.

Hotel was average. Very noisy. We were on the second floor. Above outdoor seating and next to the exercise room. The sound from both was extreme. Exercise room at 5:00 AM.
Facilities were average and not a value at $500 plus per night.
Pool area was clean.
Breakfast was good.

For the money you pay at these hotels, you really expect more. Breakfast is a very linit selection, you'll be eating from paper plates with plastic cutlery, individually wrapped in more plastic. There is absolutely no service anywhere and on top of paying obscene amounts of money for a room, you also have to pay for parking.
The rooms are huge and the beds super comfortable. Big TV, unlimited free coffee and a well functioning fridge. Pool is nice with sun all day but plenty of shady areas.

I don’t know how you make a nearly brand new hotel with such thin walls that you can hear a person sneeze three rooms away from you, but these guys did it. This had to be the LOUDEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in, which didn’t help by the fact they “upgraded” us to a room right next to the ice vending machine that seemed to be running on a diesel engine all night. And when that wasn’t keeping us awake, the howling dog who was competing with the people yelling to “shut him up” was a feast for the ears. When we left, I saw a number of tour busses lined up, so I think we were “upgraded” so they could take care of their biggest customers
