"The room was good. The swimming pool was good but the jacuzzi was not working. We booked the hotel for an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Our worst experience was cleaning crew. Check-out is at 11pm but the cleaning lady kept knocking door since 9am. And she was getting angry for not opening the door and kept knocking every 15 minutes. Kids were tired after playing games and so it was very annoying."
