What I liked: location, cleanliness of the room, proximity to shopping and dining. What I did not like: the extremely firm mattress, super thin blanket on the bed, very outdated TV and furniture, and the parking lot was not very well lit at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, no exceptions. The room was clean. We were disappointed with the room. I was surprised that for a room in a conference center there was only one chair in the room. If more than one person is in the room, the others must stand or sit on the beds. Also the HVAC did not seem to work at all. Whether the temperature was set at 50 or at 80 there was no difference in the room temperature or the cold air blowing from the vents. We talked to another guest who had the same problem in his room.

Overall good quiet place, food was not great for breakfast or conference, coffee is terrible. Otherwise the staff and room was fine. My only complaint, the food and coffee.
