The cottage is very well presented, completely standalone and its own separate gardens and is nicely decorated. Very comfortable. You can also easily walk into town for cafe’s or pubs - and we also did a nice 25km walk on the Tipperary track starting from the lake and coming back through Hepburn. The ability to walk to and from the Lakehouse for the wedding was perfect...

"A terrible experience and a holiday ruined. We arrived to find a man in the house who could not speak English and did not know we were arriving. The owner said he would be leaving after he put the towels away however he came back on another occasion, did not knock and just walked inside. The house was FILTHY!!!!! The sheets had obviously been slept in and I had to go and get some clean ones late at night so the kids could go to bed. My husband had to scrub the toilet. The man was standing in the...

"The room was absolutely so much more than what I expected! The decor was so classical, the room was huge, and all the ameneties were just great! The bed was super comfortable too. Lola restaurant is beautiful and the food was delicious. I would recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking for a special place to stay!"
