Property and amenities are up to date. Super clean and in great condition. I would return.

Staff was welcoming & helpful. Room was clean. Nearby train was a bit noisy but property was quiet most of the time. Room was a bit run down. Stovetop did not work. Overall a reasonable place to stay.

First of all, it was not the correct room that I asked for/ pay for, I had to go and buy an air bed for the kids to sleep , and also the person in the room in front of us was complaining about everything that the kids did, I think that even if the kids breathe it bother him and I asked to speak with the manager about the room and the staff told me that the manager was not there, that he will be in in the morning, the next day the manager was nowhere to be found. it's sad because it's a very pretty/clean/ nice hotel but the customer service was very bad.
