Your staff hung up the phone on me when i asked for help to get a receipt/tax invoice. Unbelievable experience in the wrong way

Walking distance to city centre 10mins, but walking back a little longer too steep incline. If you struggle with walking around this is not the place for you. Overall, great place for overnight and breakfast is ok.

The hotel was a very nice room, it was just no area to put clothes away and because of this we chose to not have house keeping
