I’ve stayed at the property dozens of times over the last 8 years. Recently they were bought by a boutique investor. The pillows are oversized, lumpy, and hurt my neck, this was new. They are using cheaper harsher toilet paper. And after 8p there’s nowhere except a near by bar to get a snack or water, they need a convenient place to buy toiletries on site.

We do offer foam and feather pillow options, and we do have a CVS machine on the 2nd floor which offers all necessary toiletries. The staff were very friendly. The room was ready early. The shower was in the middle of maintenance so there was no shower head, but staff quickly fixed that. The Jr. Suite has boatloads of room, but no fridge.

The hotel is really nice. The beds were very comfy. We were there for an event so didnt experience the restaurant & lounge. But we'll be back.

Love staying at the Grand to catch a showbat the theater across the street.
