I checked in online and gave them my card #. When I got to the motel they wanted to charge me again and took twice the amount for damage deposit on my card.

Lobby and hallways very dirty, trash scattered on the floor, amenities were out of order that were not disclosed until we got there and paid. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

No pool and, if you go through Expedia, expect less

We stayed here last year for my daughter’s wrestling tournament and it was a completely different experience. I appreciate the easy check in process which was new to me. However I got bitten up by what I’ll assume was bed bugs. The breakfast wasn’t warm like last year it was pretty much a dry breakfast. No waffles, eggs , bacon. Just cereal, bagels and quick stuff

Shower did not work

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that the shower did not work during your stay. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will have our maintenance team inspect and resolve this issue promptly.The showers at the Downtown location are tricky to operate. There is a small button like apparatus that you have to push in and hold all the way down until the shower head kicks on. Luckily, this will change with the upcoming renovation. Was a great price. A little dated but not a problem. The beds were super comfortable.

In a poor area of town. Be careful! Room was clean and staff was pleasant.
