The room smelled like dog pee. We requested a different room and it had an overpowering smoke smell. For the life of me I can't understand why you would have it on your website. Hands down, worst place I have ever stayed.

Well to start off when I went into the room I went to open the top dresser drawer and the whole top trim of the drawer came off , next I tried to open the window and the slider window came apart the frame where you grab to slide a window open came apart cane right off the window seal and all , next thing I wanted to get s bucket of ice for a drink and there was no cups not a one , I ended up going to the office to get a paper cup for coffee to mix my drink in , I settle down to relax and watch TV and the power goes out , nothing in the room worked so I called the office and nobody came , answered I tried again and the sent a maintenance guy over and he was nice and helpful it ended up being a break had tripped so we had power again not ten minutes later it did it again , no answer this time so I had to walk over to the office and ring the bell to get help so the same maintenance guy came over with the night clerk and he showed him what was wrong, so once ahain its on the maintenance guy told me that I had to many things pluged into the outlets i told hom i only had a phone charger pluged in they left as bd 10 minutes later it does it again even after j had unpluged every thing could the clock tsfio thr floor lamp ECT so i get dressed and go to the office and tell them i want a refund for the room and l I was told no refund I could have another room ok so i pack up all my stuff go to room it's niw 11 at night , i go to relax and watch TV and no tv it don't work now im po'd

The room was ok, but they added on a $100 deposit and only refunded $76 on the pretense that a sheet was stained. It in fact had a small smudge that would have come out in the laundry. I called them and they would not refund my money, actually hung up on me. It was quite apparent that they would find any excuse to keep as much as possible of the deposit. I have never experienced anything like this in my 70 years of motel/hotel stays. Definitely will not be staying there again!
