Difficult parking but extremely convenient and walkable. Staff was lovely and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean

Location was great, very safe with entry in complex and into room, staff was really helpful and nice, room was really big and had all the perfect amenities, my view was amazing, loved all the movie options, can’t wait to come back!

The property is very well located. There are restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful finding transportation for us from the airport to the hotel in other places.

Staff very helpful; parking space very difficult but staff helped; not your typical hotel. A series of rooms on various upper floors of an old building with reception on 3rd floor. Room large, well furnished, very clean. Great location within 5 minute walk of Gold Gate of the Palace. Entry and stairway unrenovated, dark and smelled peculiar

Jannel, our host was absolutely wonderful and helpful. The room was very quiet and clean. We were right across the street to old town. A very short walk. We will book again when we return!

Wow! Excellent room, excellent location, excellent staff. AWESOME! The rooms are spacious, have all the typical amenities, plus extra pillows, blankets, plenty of toiletries. The staff are incredibly empowered, helpful, and kind. Can’t say enough great things about this property. Just steps away from Old Town and the waterfront harbor less than 10 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Location was great, and the staff was extremely helpful. The only issue was that because I lost the key to the room, I charged for it.
