Where to start. When we first arrived the staff member that came on site basically dropped us at the room. Did not show us any amenities or how anything worked. When I asked about how we get out of and back in the garage with our rental car she said we needed to give them notice so that they could provide us a garage opener. We did not have each day planned out to the minute, and certainly didn’t know if our plans would change and we might need to use our rental car. So this was not acceptable. She reached out to her team and they got back to me a little while later to say that we could have a garage door opener to keep for the duration. Air conditioner in second bedroom could not be adjusted. Reported problem, and over two days they said it was working and it wasn’t. Also the hairdryer in one of the bathrooms stopped working, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the bedrooms only in the living room. We could not get tvs to work in either room. When we reached out to Expedia, they contacted the property and we got moved to another unit. New unit had much the same problems, air-conditioning in living room was fickle. Wi-Fi still did not reach into either bedroom and we could not get channels on the TV, hair dryer died again. The property had no sort of book with instructions on any of the appliances, or amenities in the unit. And the staff that did end up coming to help us move units, was friendly, but did not know how to work anything in the unit either. Poor experience all round.

Dear Gina,Thank You for Your detailed review. We are sorry to see that You experienced this type of inconvenience. Regarding the garage key, we asked about Your plans with the car because we give the garage keys only to guests who have intention to go in and out with the car, because guests sometimes use garage keys also to exit without the car, which is extremely dangerous and not recommended. When guests do not use their car, there is side entrance to use. Upon check in You did not clarify that You will use the car during Your stay. Later that day (when You have decided to change Your mind, which we respect) we have provided You with mentioned key. Furthermore, we check apartments every day and everything was in order before Your arrival. Usually we do not have issues with any of these things You mentioned. As You have said, we reacted promptly upon Your messages, but sometimes the repair needed can not be done in the same day since a part that is needed can not arrive that soon. That is why we moved You to another apartment, where A/C was working as far as we were informed. It was not reported that the hair dryer in the other room did not work. Furthermore, during Your stay help was available via Whatsapp 24/7. Problems with TV could had been resolved also like that, because it was only one button which needed to be pressed. Same thing applies for the wi-fi. However, You were not satisfied with this possibility when You were moved to the other apartment and requested someone to come to the property to check the A/C also for the second apartment. When we were about to check it (within the same afternoon), You said it was ok (and it started working). It would be much easier if You had asked everything You wanted to know upon check in. When You report a problem, we need some time to resolve it. Please understand that when we are not at the property all the time (which is something You were informed about before Your arrival). To sum up, we are sorry that Your stay was not satisfactory. There were issues that are not usual, that is why we reacted with room move, but also some objective possible regular issues that are manageable swiftly, but You decided not to mention them for some reason.Your remark for a book with instructions is much appreciated. So far we did not need it because everything was explained during check in, when there is also a possibility for guest to ask whatever desired. However, we did all in our might to minimize Your issues and help You in any way possible. Thank You for understanding and best regards

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. There were no cooking utensils or cutlery in the kitchen area.

Great location just outside of the historic center. Modern, spacious and well kept apartment.

A modern, smartly decorated spacious apartment with high quality furnishings in a boutique building with only 6 units. Secure underground parking. Easy walking distance to the eastern gate. Wonderfully responsive staff in helping with questions about the area and really pleasant housekeeping.

This was a great place to stay. It was quiet, spacious, clean and in a great location. Plus the peacocks we're a fun surprise!

Perfect family vacation spot.

The residence is clean and new. All the equipments are very well kept and the location is very close the old town Split. The service is good. Nothing to criticize. The residence was just perfect.
