Carpet in dire need of replacing but overall room was very nice. Staff was accommodating, but not overly friendly at times. Parking was difficult at peak hours, but overall not bad. Great view of the sea, and breakfast was very good.

Posted 29 Sep 2024 on HotelsReally fabulous hotel and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Only small complaint was that if you didn’t get down for the breakfast by 8 the hordes had already decimated it. Really nice breakfast but get in there early!!

The terrace and view was lovely. The room was adequate, a bit on the small size.
Our room was on the 4th floor which was actually the 5 th floor from reception. When getting ready to check out, the elevator was being serviced and not operational. My wife and I have back issues and I also have heart condition. When approaching the man working at the front desk, he said he’s just the person people complain to.
Finally,we found some staff who were willing to help us carry everything down 5 stories of stairs, This incident turned our stay into being unacceptable!

Not as good as it could and should have been.

Unfortunately, the room was on the second floor, so we had a great view of the solar panels and the shed that they were mounted on. The carpet in our room was badly stained, and the old fashioned furniture in the room took up a lot if space in what was a decent sized room. Rather disappointing. Set against this, the food in the restaurant was very good, although the menu was rather limited.
