The property was amazing and the staff were great. Combined with the unforgettable views and the ease of walking along the water to the historical castle and downtown, this couldn’t have been a better choice for a getaway at a reasonable price.

The location was fantastic. Located right on the Riva but very quiet and on the water. Just a short walk into the Palace. Great restaurant right next door for breakfast or short walk into the Palace for cafes, coffee places and farmer's market. The hotel was very clean and our room was beautiful and large overlooking the water.

Unique boutique property with fantastic views off a shared waterfront terrace and very short walk to the old city, restaurants, bars etc. Buffet Fife is a must for delicious food!! Reasonable prices and decent portions…..we went twice! Small issue with leaky shower drain. Avoid a room in the separate wing if stairs are an issue as there is no elevator.

Stayed in annex, a little disappointing
Posted 4 Oct 2024 on HotelsThe property's photos showcase a view of the sea. We booked two large rooms but were disappointed to see that we were in annex across the street with no view of the sea at all. Also, no elevator so needed to take heavy suitcases up two flights of narrow stairs. The friendly person checking us in helped, which was nice. Breakfast offered, but it was separately priced from our room and seemed very expensive at 17E per person. What I loved most was the chaise longue in our rooms!

Dear guest,We are sorry that You were not sattisfied.Our hotel is located on the main promenade but not all our rooms have sea view.Some of them have street view another sea view. That is written on aech room when You book it and during making reservation You can choose between those two options.You have been in our newly opened "wing" of Galeria Valeria where rooms are bigger-actually they are more appartmens.Accoriding to breakfast You can also choose that option while making a reservation and if You not choosing, You are paying it additionally in the hotel.Thank You for telling us Your opinion, we appreciate it.Kind RegardsGV Team

The location was great, and facilities were ok. There were no much communication between us and staff. One of girl showed no smile, and didn’t care, didn’t want to talk at all!
