We were able to book the property even after their front desk had closed. We received no information about self check in nor were we notified that no one would be able to be reached until the following day. After a long day of traveling, we arrived at the location only to find no one there, all lights off, no knowledge of where to leave the car, and no answer on the number we tried to call several times. We then reached out the hotel through Expedia and never received an answer. Expedia also reached out to them with little luck. We never stayed at the property as we were unable to check in and were not contacted about this. The only time the hotel reached out was to complete a survey about our stay that never happened.

Good value but not my view of luxury
Posted 23 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe building is a medical centre and hotel. The entrance via a corridor off the main road and is initially off putting.
It is a bit away from the main town but bus stops outside. The roads outside are busy and some traffic noise unless windows closed, but good air con makes this ok. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a bit basic but nicely set out.
Perfectly good place to stay as the reception staff were helpful and pleasant.
It is stretching the point to call it luxury.

2 days in Priska Med Luxury Rooms (Split)
Posted 27 Oct 2021 on HotelsNice enough, the receptionist was nice and helpful, the room is big, with a nice bathroom with Italian shower, little microwave and fridge should you need it. But I think they should take the luxury away. I would give it a 2 star plus. But the stay was enjoyable nevertheless.
