Nightmare
"Very unfriendly staff who communicate with you in english only in case they want. When they not, so you are ignored. I needed invoice for company to accounting and receptionist was reluctant (refused add VAT Nr. to invoice). Room and everything around was poor. Never more ever."

"Amazing location, property was super clean and spotless. Front desk was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We traveled with 2 teenagers and they had great time as well. Close to Hallstatt and other good restaurants. Thank you"
