"This was our third time staying at this hotel, and we did not leave satisfied this time around. The bathroom of our room (building in the back, Superior - Garden View) had a constant foul smell. In the afternoon the handle of the room door was burning hot, as there was nothing (e.g., awning) providing a shade during the hottest hours of the day. The card to access the room was getting de-magnetized 2-3 times a day, and we had to walk all the way back to the main building (including stairs) to...

"This is a very nice hotel overall (close to town, beautiful grounds, wonderful staff) but it is located on a busy street with ongoing two-wheeler traffic, and the neighbor's dog who barks in the middle of the night. It took us ear plugs and sleeping pills in order to fall asleep. I want to reiterate how nice Maria and her staff was, but the fact remains that if you can't sleep while on vacation, it's a problem!"

"Great view over the sea, but also over the major road so it is noisy at the front. There is no breakfast and no reception so visitors have to contact the Alasia travel agency who are lovely people. A convenient location for the sights and for the ferries/hydrofoils. "

"Absolutely nice experience. Kind, professional staff. Accurate and straight forward. Always available and offered sound advice and recommendations about Spetses. Though the staff always offered transportation, I recommend to rent transportation of your own to explore the island. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast is adequate."
