"This was our third time staying at this hotel, and we did not leave satisfied this time around. The bathroom of our room (building in the back, Superior - Garden View) had a constant foul smell. "The most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered on a vacation anywhere, they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable.
