Reported room darkening shades wouldn’t close & toilet running. Wasn’t repaired. Dinner soup was only warm, small portions for costs. Eggs cold every day at breakfast & they aren’t good at replenishing at 9 even tho more guests arriving.
On checking out waited 10 min while reception on phone. Finally got off & paid bill. Didn’t have change wanted me to forget the difference. It’s a cute hotel & nice location. They need to fix things.

The views are amazing. Breakfast was great. Finding a parking space was impossible, but that's also true in everywhere in Spello. There are many stairs from the lobby to the street.

Reasonable and a good stay
Posted 31 Dec 2022 on HotelsIt was too hot - they had some issues with the heater. The spa is 30 euros per person for 90 min usage and is not included in the cost of the hotel. Parking is 5 euros per day.
Breakfast is good - the room and the location is quite good. Overall a good value for the cost but please note the spa is additional
