Posted 25 Jun 2024 on HotelsI called the hotel prior to booking to make sure the pool was open and to ask about the pet policy. I was told pets were accepted and there was no charge, and that the pool was open. The manager at the hotel accused me of trying to sneak my pets in. The pool was closed because DHEC supposedly didn't pass it. And there's more! This room had cockroaches and was filthy!! Hotels.com would not resolve the issue and said we had to deal directly with the hotel management. The hotel manager said they would move us to another room, but the second room was just as filthy! We were told they have a strict cancellation policy and there would be no refunds. Unacceptable!!

Hello MamPlease stop putting fake reviews wake nearly told you on phone that all is not open yet. For the room there was no issue at all still we tried to move you to other room but you just want your money back and we cannot give you the money back because we checked you in at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and you started complaining at 7 o'clock in the evening you use the hall room all the amenities of the room including bed shower towels each and everything still we tried to move your other room but you just want your money back so we cannot give you money back because you use the room. I am hearing myself again that we didn't had any issue in any of the room you were in search of Money because you didn't have money so that is why you are putting the fake review, and that is why hotels.com didn't give you an appropriate answer do you also know that you are lying. Please do not come to our hotel again we put you into no rent list.
