This property was in near immaculate condition, with plenty of friendly staff. Courteous. Attentive. Smelled and looked very clean in the lobby and common areas, including corridors and in the rooms. As a regular traveler, I was very impressed by all of this. Whomever is managing this property is clearly doing a fabulous job and paying attention to detail, as are the staff members!

We reserved a suite as a family of 5 (room 350). We had 3 towels. The shower layout is poor as you get wet trying to turn it on. We checked in late with the gentleman giving no guidance on amenities or how to get to our room. We did not feel very welcomed. Morning shift was much more friendly.

The room was nice but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I forgot to request for my room to be on the top floor so we had to constantly listen to kids running during the night. The lady at the bar was rude and unprofessional so my husband and I passed up on getting a drink. Very clean room and bathroom. The young lady that checked us in and out was pleasant.
