This property has roaches. Seen 2 in my room. Blood stains was on my bed when I arrived. Staff was cool. Room was decent. Bathroom is outdated. Dirty shower curtain hair all in the tub. Then they doubled charged me. Never again will I stay at any best western

I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to open the door when I arrived to check in to the property at 11pm, It was freezing outside. Otherwise everything was great
