Dear Kathy,We are so sorry for the negative experience you had at our property. We have to admit that we are constantly trying to improve the services we offer to our customers. The address listed on the platform is more than accurate. There are thousands of people who have visited us without any problem finding the accommodation. After all, as soon as you contacted us, we pointed you in the direction you should go. During the night, there is sufficient lighting from the lights of the municipality. The apartment you stayed in is only 20 sq.m. while the linens we use are spotlessly clean and of excellent quality. If you are not careful during the shower there is a possibility that the water will come out of the bathroom. The bathroom occupies the maximum possible space in a 20 sq.m. apartment. Sufficient toilet paper is always available. You could discuss all the things that troubled you during your stay at the site, with us, so that they could be diagnosed and dealt with competently. Dear Sir/Madame, First and foremost you did not write when exactly you visited Taygetos and your name and surname. We are truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you had during your stay at our accommodation. We were surprised to read your review. At no point in your stay did you mention any problems with the cleanliness of the apartment. We could certainly have diagnosed them and resolved them. When expecting guests we are assured of the cleanliness of the WC, the fresh linen and generally the hygiene of the area. As far as the equipment of this accommodation is concerned, it is fully in line with the price we have. Our main aim is to provide the customer with an extremely low price in combination with basic amenities. After all, the shower is actually limited but fitted in such a small compartment. As you can easily realize, it is not always easy for the owner to be present in the accommodation so as to accommodate guests. Especially when there is no exact time of arrival. But we need to say that we had sent you in advance the exact coordinates of the accommodation and a number of useful details for your comfortable check-in. Moreover, there is no mention in the description of the accommodation of a fully equipped kitchen. Definitely there is no leakage from the roof and the walls have no water stains. It is true, there is no WiFi yet but there will be soon. Never ever any visitor is asked when he is leaving as the checkout time is at 11:00, as mentioned at the rules of the accommodation.
