Should not have stayed at this hotel
Posted 16 Jun 2018 on HotelsI booked a triple room with balcony but was given a smaller room with no balcony. When I approached the reception and asked to be given the room type that I had booked for, I was told that the room had been taken by other guests and I had to make do with what was assigned. After much protest, the hotel gave me 2 small adjoining rooms without balcony.
To our disappointment, the air-conditioning unit was not blowing out cool air after 30 minutes of operation. The matter was only resolved when I approached the reception again when the receptionist turned on a switch (presumably for the condensing unit).
In short, the management would not give guests what they are entitled to and would only do so after you protest. Not in true hospitality spirit. Disappointing !

Good breakfast, nice pool, quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to Mystras castle.

Very close to ancient Mistra, nice breakfast on the patio, easy parking, right by the town square. Very nice.

Nice hotel close to Mystra / Sparti

Pros: Hotel met all advertised features - parked in orange / lime grove with lovely citrus scents. Enjoyable stay.
Location: Recommend driving through Langadha Pass to Mystra. The Mystra site was disappointing but Sparti Roman ruins and Leonidas statue made up for it.
Hotel was ideal for staying in Mystra / Sparti area
